Danish Government Scholarships at University College of Northern Denmark

Requirements: candidates for getting scholarship should have exceptional academic knowledge and have an IELTS certificate not lower than 6.0 (or similar programs).

The student should not be the EU citizen and should not have a domicile in these countries. The candidate is not an exchange student and has not signed any contracts regarding the waiver of tuition fees.

Grant Description: Students who come from the EU and are on the UCN list can apply for a grant. The scholarship amount may vary annually depending on the assessment of the rates for the tuition fees. The decision is taken by the Danish Ministry of Education and Science

Application Deadlines: if classes start in September, you should apply from 1st February till 15th March of this year. If the learning process lasts from February, it is necessary to fill out a questionnaire from October 1 to November 1 (two months before the beginning of classes).

Who can apply:
students, who are planning to get the bachelor degree and is not a citizen of EU member states
Type of funding:
payments cover only 30-50% cost of education. Also grant partly compensates the room rent and food costs. The scholarship can be awarded for a full term of study, or only for separate semesters.
